Our story
Ellie’s Ice Cream was founded in 2017. It is a family owned ice cream parlour, coffee shop and much more.
We pride ourselves on our choice of Italian gelato, serving the award winning Morellies Ice cream which has been handmade since 1911.
Just like with our ice cream, we’re passionate about coffee. Our shops serve premium 3fe coffee. We also sell homemade churros, crepes, waffles and more.

We work with amazing Irish brands to bring the best we can offer across all of our products. Selecting only the finest gelato from Morellies and in our soft serves with Brady’s family premium whipped ice cream.
We also serve 3fe, Irelands premium coffee roasters.
